Abstract

|
|
Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is characterized by orthostatic headache and low cerebrospinal fluid pressure. Pneumocephalus is defined as the presence of air within the cranial cavity, which was related with complication of head trauma, surgery, or epidural anesthesia. We report a case of SIH who developed pneumocephalus after lumbar puncture, which was improved without any complication after conservative treatment.
